Understanding how your usage limits work is crucial for managing your feedback operations.

Rolling 30-Day Cycle

TryBoostack uses a Rolling 30-Day Cycle for submission limits, meaning your usage resets based on your unique anniversary date, not the calendar month (1st of the month).

When does my limit reset?

• Free Plan: Resets on the monthly anniversary of your project's creation.
• Paid Plans: Resets on the monthly anniversary of your subscription renewal.

Example: If you upgrade to Starter on the 15th of March, your unlimited submissions reset on the 15th of April, and so on.

Note on Active Limits

Active Testimonials and Active Imports are lifetime slots, not monthly limits. They do not reset. To free up a slot, you must delete an old testimonial or import.
