Collecting Testimonials

The "Wall of Love" feature helps you gather and display social proof effortlessly.

Collection Methods:

1. Dedicated Form: Create a "Testimonial" type form. It includes specialized fields for:

   • Star Rating
   • Review Text
   • Author Name & Role
   • Author Photo (Avatar)
   • Permission checkbox (crucial for publishing rights)

2. Video Testimonials: Enable video uploads in your form settings.

   • Direct file upload support
   • Optimized streaming playback
   • Automatic poster image generation

3. Import: Import existing testimonials directly from Twitter/X. Simply paste the tweet URL, and we'll fetch the content, author details, and images automatically.

Note: Imports count towards your "Active Imports" limit. These are lifetime slots—deleting an import frees up a slot for a new one.
